At Medohealthy.com, we offer you hassle free 14 days Return policy.

Please raise your return request by navigating to website as follows:

Following shall be the terms and conditions for returns for respective events:

A. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If order is cancelled before dispatch, full Refund will be initiated within 48 hours of raising the Refund request.

B. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Refund will be initiated within 48 hours of the “Returned goods” received back in our warehouse, after deducting the shipping/freight* Charges only.

* The actual shipping/freight charges incurred by Medohealthy will be conveyed to you before initiating return and refund.

Note :  No wallet credit or any other credit or masking of Refund like other e-commerce website.

C. Return of the Product
a. In case the order is damaged in Transit (at the time of receipt):
*Your order will be replaced free of cost, once you refuse the parcel. Take care that at the time of receipt of product mention on the courier return as damaged goods & retain the copy from the delivery boy and attach it to the return request being raised.
* Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned goods received back in our warehouse.
* However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
* Incase, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges** will be deducted.

* *The actual shipping/freight charges incurred by Medohealthy will be conveyed to you before initiating return and refund.

Note : No wallet credit or any other credit or masking of Refund like other e-commerce website.

D. Order Recieved & Found Damaged (after opening the parcel, no damage note to the courier):
* Send the photograph attached (of the damged parcel box as well as the product) to cs@medohealthy.com  within 24hours of the receipt of goods.
* Raise the Return request as per the procedure explained abpve. Once the Return Request is approved, goods will be returned.
* Order will be replaced free of cost, only if the default is from our end/Courier.
* Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received in our warehouse & approved by the Quality Control team.
* However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case we are unable to deliver the replacement order.
* In case the customer doesn’t wants the replacement, then refund will be initiated after deducting freight/shipping charges.

Note :
* Replacement & Refund are subjected after QC approval.
* If QC fails then same product will be shipped back to the customer and Refund will not be done.
* In case Reverse pick up is not available at your address, then you need to courier the product to Medohealthy’s warehouse. Courier cost will be refunded to you provided the Refund of full order is eligible.

* No wallet credit or any other credit or masking of Refund like other e-commerce website.


 E. Wrong Shipment Made
* If Wrong Size/Flavor/Colour/Brand/Model delivered, the order will be replaced free of cost.
* In that case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received.

* However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case we are unable to deliver the replacement order.
* In case the customer doesn’t wants the replacement, then refund will be initiated after deducting freight/shipping charges.

Note :
* Replacement & Refund are subjected after QC approval.
* If QC fails then same product will be shipped back to the customer and Refund will not be done.

* In case Reverse pick up is not available at your address, then you need to courier the product to Medohealthy’s warehouse. Courier cost will be refunded to you provided the Refund of full order is eligible.

 

 F. Defective Product Delivered/ Near Expiry Product received/ Expired product received
*Raise the return request as mentioned following the procedure mention above within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

* In this case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received.

* However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case we are unable to deliver the replacement order.
* In case the customer doesn’t wants the replacement, then refund will be initiated after deducting freight/shipping charges.

Note :
* Replacement & Refund are subjected after QC approval.
* If QC fails then same product will be shipped back to the customer and Refund will not be done.

* In case Reverse pick up is not available at your address, then you need to courier the product to Medohealthy’s warehouse. Courier cost will be refunded to you provided the Refund of full order is eligible.

 

 

 

Special Note : Refunds will be issued only when:

* the product is not used or tampered with
* the product is in tact with packaging if not damaged in transit.
* the product is in Re-Saleable condition if not damaged in transit.


Special Note : No Return/Refund/Warranty policy for any product(s) that is returned without all original packaging & accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
